If you are a Monday disposal (garbage) pick up, then the first Monday of every month is your recycling pick up; the same goes for Tuesday pick ups, the first Tuesday of every month is recycling, and with Friday pick ups, the first Friday of every month is recycling.
Don't want to wait for our trucks? You also may drop items off Thursdays ONLY, from 7:30am to 3:00pm, at our facility, located at 555 South Cascade Drive in Springville.
You may put out as much recycling as you like such as paper, cardboard, aluminum, tin and plastic. Please, no glass as we hand sort our recycling, it is a danger to our employees and is no longer recyclable.
All recycling needs to be clearly separated from your disposal. We recommend using clear bags, separate containers, opposite sides of the driveway, etc. We must be able to see the recycling items.
Make sure that your recycling only has accepted recycling material in it (plastic, paper, aluminum, tin, cardboard). If your recycling has garbage in it, it may be left or it put with regular trash. For any questions on this, please feel free to contact the office.
Disposal and Recycling services have their own trucks, so they may be picked up separately and in no particular order.
Disposal service clients are not required to recycle using our services.
Electronics/ appliances cannot be picked up curbside, per NYS law. Please review our instructions on these materials, listed above.
